While browsing the Hemmings classifieds, I came across this.....an automatic Datsun 280ZX turbo with 13o,000 miles for $17,000. No, that's not a typo. It's quite clean, but....that's an insane price. It gets worse when you take a look at the engine bay.....
Wires and pipes and pumps, oh my!!! That's some Jaguar-esque crowding and confusion.
The interior looks clean, with some wear on the seats.....
But the carpet in the trunk is worn down and faded. At that price, I'd expect perfection. That's absolutely crazy for the least desirable Z.

Wow. I'd make a ballpark guess that this thing is worth at most $5k. And that'd be to somebody who wants to do it right and rip out the whole interior and redo it. AND put a manual tranny in it while they're at it.
